Hi, I’m Olivia.

I know starting therapy isn’t always easy—but I’m so glad you’re here.
I offer a space where you don’t have to perform, explain, or push through. Just show up as you are, and we’ll take it from there.

I’m here to listen to your unique story and walk alongside you as you navigate the messiness, growth, and uncertainty life brings—while helping you reconnect with everything that makes youyou.

As a current graduate student, I know firsthand what it’s like to:

  • Juggle academic, professional, and personal pressures

  • Push yourself hard and still feel like it’s never quite enough

  • Carry the weight of comparison, self-doubt, and quiet burnout

  • Wonder if anyone really sees how hard you’re trying

And I also know how powerful it can be to feel fully supported, seen, and accepted.

My Approach

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Our work will be shaped by your unique story, identity, and goals.

Our work is grounded in:

  • Psychodynamic and relational therapy – to explore how early experiences and relationships shape the way you relate to yourself and others

  • CBT and ACT tools – for moments when you need something more structured, concrete, or actionable

Depending on where you are, our sessions might include:

  • Exploring past patterns—like why certain dynamics keep repeating or how self-talk was shaped by earlier experiences

  • Making space for overlooked parts of you—the ones that are often quiet, protective, or just trying to keep it together

  • Practicing grounding techniques or building a plan for a hard week, especially when you don’t feel like analyzing—you just want relief

Whether you’re processing the past or navigating the present, I’ll meet you with warmth, curiosity, and collaboration—and we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.

What Working With Me Feels Like

You’re the expert on your own story. My role is to help you slow down, explore what feels most present, and gently uncover the patterns that might be shaping your experience.

In our sessions, you can expect:

  • Deep reflection and exploration, where we make connections, ask meaningful questions, and put words to things you may have never said out loud

  • Collaborative strategy-building, focused on finding tools and approaches that actually work for you

  • Quiet moments of grounding and presence, because therapy doesn’t always have to be loud to be powerful

We’ll also work on:

  • Noticing and challenging your inner critic

  • Untangling unconscious patterns that may be holding you back

  • Learning to see yourself with more clarity and compassion
